Pencil thin stools

... Hi everyone. I have been trying to find a reason why someone would be having pencil-thin stools. So my question is, does anyone know a reason other than, colon cancer that would cause someone to have pencil-thin stools? I cant seem to find any other reasons, but I know there must be one! ... it's unlikely at your age to have colon cancer. The blood could be hemorrhoids, or a small tear or fissure. You could be simply "contstipated" due to diet or some other habits. ... (7 replies)
