... I sometimes have them (flat stools) and have internal hemorrhoids also. I believe it may from the hemorroids and when you strain it might constrict the bowel causing it to flatten it out. I wouldn't worry too much about it. (3 replies)

... I think it's great that you are getting a colonoscopy. That test is hard to get and they seem to be even harder to get the younger you are, however this test should give you a definite answer on the cancer, and hopefully put your mind at ease.
