... I was able to go back to work after two weeks - not as much weight lifting required and I was sore, but did ok. Swelling is different for everyone, after about 3 weeks I wasn't really swollen but the incisions were sore and I had to be really careful to wear a soft bra - Hope this helps! (14 replies)

... Thanks MinMin, I'm glad my surgery turned out successful as well. I actually wasn't nervous until the day of my surgery. I didn't rest well the night before and was up way before my surgery time. Anxiety is understandable though. I calmed down once I finally made it there and got in my hospital bed. Everything will go fine. The procedure has evolved so much that's it... (12 replies)

... Another good report for you.... I was feeling almost no pain. Had a tummy tuck at the same time -- my pain was mostly from that. I was driving only a few days later. I really only felt pain if I tried to lift my arms over my head (takes a while for the skin to stretch out some). Ask your doctor about anti-bruising and anti-swelling meds and other vitamins.
