... You should definately do more research on Toriumi, look at some other forums, you might find what is said very interesting. That price is rediculous, I think esp in the USA there are surgeon who are better and don't charge anywhere near that. (10 replies)
... Did your surgeons charge you for the revisions? Do any of you know of a revision specialist that is affordable? I emailed a certain Dr. Toriumi, asking for an estimate on the cost a procedure, and his assistant told me it would cost $25,000 plus another $9,000 plus a fee for the anesthesiologist, which I will never in my life be able to afford. Another is in NH by the name of Constantian. These guys I'm sure are both very skilled since they do a lot of secondary rhinoplasties. If your not familiar these are the guys that try and... ... the same ideas about how to change your nose. Don't be afraid to express yourself and discuss in detail how your nose will be different BEFORE the surgery. Dr. Toriumi uses computer imaging so that helps alot to be sure that you have the same vision for your nose. I would really recommend not worrying about the money. ... (1 replies)
... My nose is not perfect - and there are still some very subtle things that I would change if I could - but I am very very happy with my revision rhinoplasty. My nose looks entirely natural - no one would ever guess that I have had 3 surgeries. My (most recent) surgeon was Dr. Toriumi (Chicago) and I would definitely recommend him. I no longer feel concern over my nose and I... (2 replies)
... I just wanted to add that I had a revision rhino with Dr. Toriumi (Chicago) about 2 and a half years ago and I am very happy with the results. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Toriumi. ... Try Dr. Toriumi. I had a revision with him and I am very happy. I believe that the consensus is that he is particularly good at using grafts to rebuild your nose so if you want a bigger nose - there is no doubt in my mind that he is the guy. I personally did not want a bigger nose, just a better shaped nose and I got that. I finally look how I want with a nose that fits my... (8 replies)
