That's exactly what my doctor said that I had a deviated septum on one side of my nose and he was going to try fix that and enlongate my tip because I have a very small nose that never grew longer. However when I researched about deviated septum, I was told to make sure that the nose is truly deviated otherwise the procedure may cause more harm than good. And to be honest... (12 replies)

If he does great work then I guess I will consider him too but $500 for a consulation fee is steep that is my plane tickets. ... Well, after having rhino and a chin implant by a local palstic surgeon, I decided to travel to California to get my lips reduced although my plastic surgeon down here could have performed it. I am going to trust Dr. Griffin in Beverly Hills because he seemed to know exactly what I needed. My lips aren't that big instead their a bit too wide so I am going to get him to close it...
