... try inbetween brushes theyre good ,and dont cut your gums or make them sore gargle with salt water see if that helps but seems a shame if you have got gingivitous as it seems your teeth are in good condition deep cleaning will help your gums and gingivitous but hopefully gargling in salt water might help the pain too (1 replies)
