Hi Chris,
Thanks for the info.....only thing is that it confirms my situation and may encompass a whole lot more people as glucose intolerant.
If these figures are what normal (non diabetic) people would have then I definately have a problem. All I can do, personally, is to continue to strive to keep my b.s. level down and think I am doing well when I wake up with less than 120....which is not everyday!
Chris I don't want to go off topic in your posting but I would value your comment on a posting I am about to place re eating sweets compared to Carbs.
I like to compare notes with you as you seem to be following the same kind of food experimenting as me.
