Balanced Diet

... :wave: I was told by my dietician exactly what you stated. To be careful with the protien and fats. Too much of either can damage liver and kidneys. I personally prefer high fiber and low fat diets. She (my dietician) suggested I go on the south beach diet. ... :wave: Mommy, i never said my gp told me i had neuropathy. i said my podiarist. And he did refer me to a neurogolist. Let me tell you. She did sooooo many tests, including the nerve function test. I too took celebrex. it did me little good so I stop taking it. It did not help with the burning or the tingling in my legs and my feet. My podiarist said it was nuerophaphy(? spelling) he gave me something to soak and wash my feet with. Nueropathy is nothing more than poor circulation.
