The range you should fall between (70-115), seems pretty low and I wouldn't be surprized if that was a "fasting" range; meaning if you fasted for at least 8 hours, you should fall between that range. Although numbers at the high end of the range, or a rising trend over time, may be considered an early warning sign, numbers like 70 or 78 are well into the non-diabetic range.
