... lol my dad told me that the other night, I was surprised. He is type 2 diabetic. I am slowing getting over the fear of insulin shots but the harsh reality of having to eat better is what is really painful :-(. I grew up on junk food and fast food and I still can't get myself to go completey away from it, it is the toughest thing I have had and will have to do. (9 replies)
