well like i said, eat like the rainbow..

good source of nutritional grains..(bread, pastas, rice, muffins, bagels)
fruits and, veggies everyday
yogurts..cheeses..some milk too, 100% juices (not pasteurized)
meats(all fresh)
peanut butter
nutts
beans
lentilles
chick peas
etc..

and, choose also healthy snacks

save the cookies and, sweets for the weekends or, parties..but, don't eat much of these..

try using
sea salt
wine vinegar
rice vinegar
balsamic vinegar
fresh spices and, herbs

never use powdered spices..there is alot of junk in there..and, its not on the labels..soooo cook cook cook and, eat eat eat..lol and, say yum yum.. :)

I always wanted to ask or read about sea salt, why sea salt? Ionized salt has iodine in it, actually they put it in purposely to ward off goiter, I read that somewhere I forget. :rolleyes: Oh, and what kind of milk do you drink? I thought you had allergies.
