Ok, I am 21 years old, 6'2", and I weigh only about 140 lbs. I really need to gain some weight, but it is very hard for me. I have trouble putting on and keeping on weight. For several reasons which I don't want to get into right now, I really can't eat wholesome cooked meals and such every day. I think I'm really going to need to introduce a LOT of food into my diet though to get any kind of result. One solution I'm thinking of, is to just buy mass amounts of white bread and pb&j, and eat as many sandwiches as I can a day (I'm thinking about 10 or more). This will probably be my primary source of food, as well as occasional other things I suppose. Before I do this, I would like to know if there are any kind of health risks or potential problems I should know about. Thank you very much.
