The symptoms you are discribing sound a lot like depression. The first thing to do is to make sure you get enough sleep. You also need to get sufficient exercise. Exercise increases the blood flow to your brain, which helps the brain get more oxigen. The brain needs oxigen besides carbs too function properly.... Which brings up your work environment....It is probably enclosed, so you're not getting much fresh air either. You might want to go outside for your breaks and move around like the previous poster suggested. Stay low on the sugar/candy/sweets. You want to concentrate on complex carbs rather than refined carbs. Simple carbs are fine as long as you stick with the natural ones like fruit. You also need to find a hobby or some form of recreation that doesn't deal with computers to give your brain a rest.
