Usually three meals for me too with something small an hour or two before bed (like 1-2 ounces cereal or some fruit or an ounce of cheese) On a good day it's two meals with a skipped breakfast (only coffee) and an early lunch. Or else a big breakfast NO lunch and an early dinner. These 5, 6, or 8 meal a day plans would have me it IS I spend far too much time... (6 replies)
