... Hello, Eggs or light cheese are cool unless you're talking vegan and not just regular vegetarian. For vegan you could have nuts, peanut butter, nut spread, cucumber sandwiches, tomato sandwiches, salad, pasta with tomato sauce, humus, (humus is made from garbonzo beans) veggie luncheon meats, (peperoni or ham flavor tastes the best.) potato soup, etc. (8 replies)
... You should really be discussing this with your Dr. first. Have a physical done to make sure everything is ok, cholesterol levels checked, etc. Do you like oatmeal or have you tried quinoa?
