Cheerios anyone?

... Maybe this has been beaten to death already, but I really would love to hear others opinions about this. For breakfast, all my life, I've eaten egg white omelets with orange juice or had a granola bar or two in the morning before running out the door. Now that I have settled in, I would like to start eating Cheerios I've already tried Honey Nut Cheerios and I'm hooked. But... (2 replies)

You may also want to eat a good breakfast; otherwise, you are merely postponing breakfast until lunch (or dinner if you also skip lunch). ... you can fortify yourself with a multivitamin rather than worry about the fortification in the cereal. in my opinion the two healthiest (available) day starters are (1) All-Bran with Extra Fiber in soy milk and (2) oatmeal. there are various reasons for this, and it also depends on your specific goals, but i have a little of both every morning. there are different ways...
