... They may have been the english muffins I described. They do look kind of like a hamburger bun and you probably COULD use them for this. ... Pre-made frozen GF breads aren't very good, IMHO. Although Whole Foods does make a decent GF sourdough and great scones. I've heard Gillian's frozen french rolls and Foods By George's frozen english muffins are pretty good. Both are available at HFS.
