I am not familar with probiotics from Natrual Factors but I look it up online and of course the ad says it's good. I will try it in the future-- thanks.

When you buy a probiotic supplement containing acidophilus & bifidus, it needs to be kept in the refrigerator because it is gradually destroyed by heat even at room temps. Also, if it is not coated so that it gets through your stomach acids --- it should be taken on an empty stomach. Particularly at bedtime because your stomach is empty.
It still takes awhile to re-establish normal gastrointestial flora.

I take Essential Enzymes by Source Natruals and I think it is a good digestive aid formular.

I have found that the pain in the abdomenal area is many times caused by a lack of magnesium in a persons diet--- You could try taking a magnesium supplement-- even though alot of foods contain magnesium -- it is estimated that about 80 % of people still are deficient. Every cell in your body contains magnesium and lacking it can cause muscle spasms and cramping -- a big cause of pain anywhere if there is nothing physically wrong!

Also, soy is not as healthy as many people think. I suggest you do a search about it and make up your own mind.
