Spicy foods and carbonated drinks are not good either.
An Ultra-sound will show if there is a problem with your Gallbladder.

While you do have to lay still for the HIDA, the biggest concern is when they inject the cck. I did not have any pain or discomfort when my gallbladder contracted--but others have reported discomfort.
