... I just applied as well this week. I got a phone call from my case manager to verify some information. I have had back problems with 2 herniated disks & degenerative disc disease. Just had 2 level spinal fusion in July & now have some nerve issues in my left leg & foot. I will be starting on long term disability in October so part of the process. I hope this helps because...
