... i got my fully fav notification 7/27/10-the back pay can come at any time no matter what they tell you if you call ss-keep cking your bank acct for a large deposit-most people are getting the $ bfore letter stating how much backpay you will receive, my first regular payment is the 3rd of each month starting sept 3-still waiting for backpay too hope it comes soon, right?! ... f you had a Lawyer helping you with your claim, then they will get paid first. You should be recieving a letter in the mail by social security your award letter, how much a month you will get , and how much your backpay will be. Oh I see that you did get your award letter!
