... I have posted in earlier threads. I'm 58 years old. It's been 4 weeks. I'm doing great. Just a few ideas. Gargle with warm salt water after eating. It really helps. Also eat something with more texture than jello or yogurt. Yogurt isn't really a good idea. No diary products are good. ... (54 replies)
