... t rely on Dr Google for these matters, as you will run across scary stuff that puts you in a panic needlessly. It is common with strep, tonsillitis and mono for one tonsil to be bigger than the other. As long as your pain, fever, nodes and tonsils are going down in size, don't worry. ... (1 replies)
