... you know ...it's funny you mention that... cause it has the same whitish color on it at the end of it that the other surgery areas do. I'm wondering and still waiting to talk with him. ... Just plan ahead, this really isnít bad at all. Iím just about 50, and I breezed through just fine. Sorry to say, but most of the posters here sound like a bunch of whiners! Not only did I have my tonsils out, I had the Uvulo-palato-pharyngo-plasty (UPPP) procedure done on me at the very same time too. ... I had a septoplasty with turbinate reduction on 7/16 of this year. The recovery is a little rough, but not too bad. When you wake up from surgery you will have splints in your nose.
