... i have this problem too, and yes it can be very embarrassing at times. im on 1250mg of depakote. the dr doesnt want to change it b/c its working. i dont really have any tips for how to help it. although with the pen/pencil problem i have heard that weighted pens help the tremor. (2 replies)
