Diagnosis should be done by a doctor, but I can give an opinion - if you're having involuntary muscle movements and you have a warning that they will occur (rather than with Parkinson's where they're almost constant), you've met a couple of the criteria for a seizure. You should definitely determine whether the muscle movements cause the throwing up or whether it's vice versa... (2 replies)
