... Has that neuro mentioned anything to the concept of these "episodes" being nocturnal seizures?
Basicly the definition of those are seizures that frequently occur when a patient (person) is sleeping. Some people have them strictly when sleeping. Other epileptics will have them (nocturnals) along with daytime seizures varing in degrees.

... Hello ~!!! New here. But husband had seizures all his life so I have quite a bit of experience.
However, I told my MS neuro (who isn't sure i have MS) that I get these tremors that wake me UP only when I lay down or were already sleeping.
I ONLY get it when I am laying down and mostly after falling asleep.

... Tripp gets those when he is falling asleep and just before he wakes up. He has them too, during the day. He will turn his head to the left for under 10 seconds....then he is fine.

... I hope you get an answer because I have the same symptoms you're describing & haven't been able to find out anything about it. I wake with the feeling my head is vibrating & once I get awake (so far) it goes away.
