I go to college and just do not have the time, money, or cafeteria availability to eat 6 small meals a day. I go to lunch and dinner at school, drink 3 protein shakes a day and when I eat I eat only meats, fruits and vegetables, and some pastas and rices. I have been lifting two months and I'm starting to recognnize results in size and strength, but what about my eating? Is it really offbase?

A protein shake can count as a meal. I'd use an MRP instead though since it gives you a more meal-ish nutritional balance. Just make sure its a good quality one i.e. not full of sugar.

If you're trying to hit a high calorie level and don't have time to eat, look into weight gainers. If you need it, I have a recipie for a 3,000 calorie shake that tastes like the richest chocolate milkshake ever. :D

Your eating sounds fine to me. Youre managing to get your meals in and youre seeing results. Isnt that all that matters?? Its kind of frustrating, I know, to get six meals down in a busy day. Just try to manage three FOOD meals a day in with those 3 protein shake meals. Sometimes I get so busy that I find myself eating really ODD food combinations just to get in my proper protien, fibrous veggy, and carb intake. People I work with look at what Im eating and it would make any average person hurl. To me its only a Numerical Nutrition requirement and as long as I can swallow it I have accomlished my goal for a couple more hours. I dont have the time to make it look pretty or taste like Emeril Legasse made it. Just gimme my protein grams and fibrous veggie grams and who cares what they look like or taste like.....Im in too much of a hurry to even taste it anyway....just open up and swallow and move on.
