You sound like me but....................i have suffered from depression and an eating disorder my entire life!!! I struggle daily with food and exersise. Something that helped me is trying to think in a way that i dont want to be waaaaay thin......................but have a muscular body! I am very obbsessive about exersise.....................BUT..............as scary as it was for me i got into bodybuilding!! I got huge and freaked out and ended up stopping that routine. I know have a very lean muscular body. You say that you used to have an eating disorder..............i truly believe you do have this disease forever...................now you can overcome it and get help and recover..................but "mentally" i think we still suffer...............body image etc. Take it from me....................200 calories a day is starving yourself, whether you are or arent intentionally doing this to yourself. I know all about depression and appetite and well. We are suppose to eat 5-6 small meals a day and that can be nearly impossible for anyone to maintain. It is soooooo important to eat something when you wake in the morning...........and then snack on healthy things throuout the day..........then eat a healthy dinner. Some great sourses of protein are: skinless chicken breast, peanut butter, nuts (a few) protein bars, protein shakes (Beverly) is the best tasting i think, oatmeal etc. So many healthy choices to eating. :wave:
