If you can't go to the gym why don't you just try doing jumping jacks or jump rope for 15-20 minutes. That is still a good cardio workout. Or even just go for a short walk/jog outside.

Also from everything I've been told and read....you shouldn't work the same muscle group every day....even the abs. Every other day should be sufficient.
