... I do not know if I am correct but if you want to bulk up you need the calories. When I needed to bulk up I ate 6 meals a day. Also between meals I had hard boiled eggs and whole cooked potatoes that I ate as a snack every hour or so. Everyone is different, some gain easy myself on the other hand do not. ... (6 replies)
