... Weight... is a very misunderstood concept. It is very possible to be "light" on the scale yet still carry quite a bit of bodyfat... just as it's possible to be "heavy" while being lean. The ultimate goal should be to maximize the quality of your weight as opposed to being fixated on the quantity of weight. ... (2 replies)
