... Just wondering how often I should do crunches/push ups/squats... Seems I've heard not every day in order to give your muscles room to breathe or something. I'm trying to slim down a bit--maybe 10-20 pounds. So I'm working on my eating habits and beefing up my exercize routine. ... Hi, I prefer to work out everyday.......upper body and crunches every other day and lower body and crunches everyday. Crunches I can do all day and squats kill me but to each his own. For you, maybe 45 minutes once a day may be a good goal for you. ... (14 replies)
