... I think you just gotta condition yourself. I haven't heard of exercise killing anyone and I know tons of doctors recommend it because it does help improve your cardio health. Just make sure you are eating properly, and getting a good rest. Warm up before you jog, it helps. ... (5 replies)

Bad knee

... I had my left knee operated on when I was 17. I blew it out doing the high jump in HS. I spent almost a year rehabbing my knee to get it back to the point where I could even jog without pain. Basicly your first goal is to build up your knee supporting muscles as much as possible with no impact exercises. ... (1 replies)
