... I have the same problem...whenever I start sweating when I am doing my cardio workout at the gym, certain areas on me start to itch...I think mines from the cold weather though and my skin doesnt look dry but it might be.

... I used to get itchy when doing yoga at the gym. My hand reacted to the disinfectant they used. look at your shampoo or body soap. maybesomethings causing an allergic reaction. When you sweat, what ever you use runs. ie:sunscrean, it runs when you sweat. check the labels, if it persists call your dr, see what they say (5 replies)

... Not sure about the itch. Probably just have sensitive skin and the little capilliaries coming up to the surface to cool you down makes your skin itch. And yes, you can eat immediately after exercising. Infact, its a good idea to do so. Regarding the itching, I would look at what type of products you are using for hygiene. Sounds like you might be allergic to something you are using - possibly soap, perfume, etc.
