... Oi. Welcome. :D I'd suggest upping your calories maybe 100 on a daily basis and 200-300 more a few days a week (ideally on days that you are going to be lifting). Varying you intake will 1) help on days that you are going to be doing resistance training and 2) prevent plateaus and keep the thyroid firey.
