... There is some good and bad to this. The good is that you are demonstrating that it can go away if you subside from exercise. That's especially true since when you commence again, the pain isn't as bad and then gradually gets worse and deteriorates. So I wouldn't think it is a stress fracture or any sort at all. ... I had to give myself a break and stick with low impact exercise only for about half a year and very slowly add back in running. ... (1 replies)
