... Josie: U do have a big problem. I think I only had 3 Rx that I ever designed w/ that hi-cyl. Many things must be right on the mark. I see that exam was by an Optometrist & not Opthal. MD. Opthalmologists write cyl Rx in a +cyl. Then Optician converts equations to a -cyl for grinding purposes. Labs grind in -cyl. PL = Plano & means 0 or starting point of microscopes we... (10 replies)
