Plus: You haven't given us much to go on. For example, are you myopic? Since you don't go to the doctor, I assume you're not on any meds. Afterimages, or palinopsia, can be caused by certain meds/durgs. Did you take meds for your earlier anxiety? Is that when the palinopsia started? I've been to an eye doctor who examined my eyes by dilating them and having a peek inside.
Yeah, I was having a pretty stressful period and believe thats roughly when the strange symptoms started appearing. But now im not particulary under any stress for a while but symptoms are still here.
