... Blephartis is in lamins termss dandroff of the eye lashes. Try warm compresses in the morning and at night. At night also gently scrub your lids with johnson and johnsons baby shampoo. This is not really a no more tears shampoo just alot less tears...lol
any way just put a drop on a washcloth and gently rub you lashes. This should help
