... ink eye hun.Well I dont think it is as it can be caused by your contact lenses. Waking up with a red eye and very watery or itchy eyes is caused by keeping your contacts in overnight. I had this problem myself and you can not put any kind of eye drops, prescribed or otherwise in your eye when you are wearing contacts. ... (9 replies)
