Thanks for the welcome :) I wear soft contacts that I replace once a month so that's a good start. I didn't know what to do about my eyes I was going with what the MD said so at first I didn't know I was doing my eyes wrong :( now that I know I'm doing reading, and checking for helpfull ideas on boards like this one!
