... Sounds like it could be pinguecula - I know they look like a little blister on the white of the eye, AND I know that sun is a cause - so maybe he just called them sun blisters? From the sound of it, it could be a cyst, and possibly a lymphatic cyst (the most common type of cyst on that part of our eyes). If it is, you have nothing to worry as it is benign, unless you are symptomatic, a doctor's visit may be necessary to evaluate and manage.
