... hey sorry for the late reply..was having cpu problems lately...the drops helped a little..but when I got outside..forget it..my eyes burned like anything...and I have opted for the Boston Sceleral lens..for my dry eyes...I felt that the surgery wouldnt really help... ... (7 replies)

... Hi, I've been wearing contacts for about 18months but recently I've noticed a large number of visible (red) veins on the white of my eye. These are very unsightly. 1. Is this healthy? 2. Can I get rid of them or stop them getting worse? 3. Is it the contacts thats doing it? I wear contacts for keratoconus - could it be this that is the cause? Also, this may sound really...
