... i have expressed my concerns to my 26 yr old employee, about his slightly closed, glassy looking eyes that have been lookin like **** for the last two weeks. he cant explain it and insists on not drinkin much and not taking drugs. they dont look clear and sharp like they should, they look like he is on drugs. could there be a genuine reason?..........russ (1 replies)

... sure....he could have eye problems. Take me for example...I've got so much scarring from past surgeries that my eyes are constantly 'appear' blood shot.....wearing contacts doesn't really help either. Lack of sleep can do it.... ... (1 replies)
