... KeelaC, We are told to avoid sulfa drugs as they can flare lupus--one never knows exactly what a flare will be.....Lupus can effect any system in your body. ... Hi Scared, Let's see if I can reassure you. Eye pressure varies usually by the time of day. It can vary by 4 or 5 points within 24 hours. So the 20 measurement might've been significantly lower if taken at a different time. One reading doesn't say anything much. If your optic nerve is healthy that's more important than eye pressure.
