... I have had them since I was a freshman in high school.
I know they can be scarey sometimes and there have
been a few times I have had to go to the emergency room.
I have found that eliminating chocolate,cheese,alchohol
and anything with sodium nitrate has helped.
I also try to keep calm and lie down till it goes away.
