Whatever, I still think it's wise to get this checked out by an Ophthalmologist, it may be nothing to worry about but best let him decide.

I'm curious - where did the hemorrhage come from if not a retinal tear? Perhaps when you return for your follow-up visit you can ask that of the ophthalmologist. Hope by then all is OK.

... Thank you for responding. I ended up going to the ER on Thursday night. The doctor there called an ophthalmologist and he met us at 9pm at his office. He said I have a PVD with hemorrhage. He had me see a retina specialist on Friday morning.
The specialist said he did not see a tear or any holes, but to take it very easy and he would see me in 2 weeks.
