... Hi- I did that once and had some redness and soreness but no infection. The Dr. told me to use a warm, damp compress on closed eyes (when possible) for a day or two. That helped and the problem cleared up after 2 or 3 days, but I'm not sure if it's good to use moisture when you have an infection; maybe ask your Dr. Feel better, Kiley (2 replies)

... Sleeping with your contacts in or not taking them out daily has to be one of the worst things for your eyes because you depriving them of oxygen. My mom's friend slept with her contacts in for 2 years, rarely taking them out and developed a tumor on her eye. I wouldn't reccomend unless you were out to lose you eye sight. ... (2 replies)
