I never really experience it unless I am actually applying pressure to my eye...but sometimes it happens if I am moving my head or neck too fast...I know that sounds wierd!!!! I was reading up on this kinda stuff and came across 'ocular migranes' and it sounds very similar, but never lasts more than a few minutes....

you know, funnily enough, I was having this when I replied to your posts, I hadnt been lying down, it just came on all of a sudden for no reason.
